By opening an account or using any service on the u7u platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the conditions below. Please read the entire document carefully before using the service.

3. Deposits
3.1 Accepted Methods
The following methods are supported for deposits on the u7u platform:

3.2 Minimum Deposit

4. Withdrawals
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests below this amount will not be approved.

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This time may vary under unusual circumstances.
4.3 Identity Verification
Before a withdrawal, u7u may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
4.4 Withdrawal Methods
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer may be used for withdrawals. Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the deposit.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
u7u offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 25 times the bonus amount.
Example: A ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.
5.2 Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated by u7u.
- Playing across multiple accounts using bonus funds is strictly prohibited.
- Real money may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, but the bonus will be forfeited in that case.
- u7u reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus.
5.3 VIP Cashback
u7u's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback on weekly net losses is given at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the u7u platform:
- Fraud, deception, or any form of misconduct.
- Playing using software bots, automated scripts, or any other unauthorised technical means.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Using the platform for criminal purposes or attempting to harm other users.
- Infringing u7u's intellectual property or copyright.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in the account being immediately closed and funds being forfeited. u7u reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
6.1 Collusion and Match Fixing
Any attempt by multiple users to gain an unfair advantage — such as collusion or exploiting match fixing in sports betting — is entirely prohibited. All accounts suspected during such an investigation may be suspended for the duration of the inquiry.
7. Responsible Gaming
u7u believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Following the responsible gaming policy is the ethical duty of every user. Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion features are available on the platform.
7.1 Self-Exclusion

13. Account Closure and Suspension
13.1 u7u's Rights
u7u reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without stating a reason. However, if an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, legitimate funds will be returned.
13.2 User's Rights
Any user may request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining legitimate funds will be provided before closure.
14. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between u7u and the user and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.
The Bangla version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation, the Bangla version shall prevail.
